Our Wedding Moments 7/2/2005

We arranged our wedding from South Africa and met Jack over the internet. From the word go he was attentive to our needs, taking an interest in what we wanted, keeping in touch via email and maintaining professionalism all the way. Needless to say, we are over the moon with the photo's Jack took for us. Everyone we show say the pic's should be made into postcards. Thanks once again Jack for making memories of our moments! Work of Art 1/2/2005

We planned our wedding long distance and searched thoroughly for a photographer. Once we met Jack, our search was over! From our first meeting through our wedding and on to receiving our beautifuls photographs, Jack was always friendly, professional and put us at ease. Our photos are truly a work of art. Jack and his assistant were barely noticeable at the wedding and yet, they caught every important moment. We are so pleased to have such a wonderful record of our wedding day! more

Can't wait for the final product! 12/27/2004

We just got our proofs back from our recent October wedding and we LOVE them. Jack and his assistant were both professional and personable. They took wonderful shots (both in black & white and in color). They captured so many special moments, but without being in the way or distracting from the party. Our proofs were presented to us in a pretty photo box and Jack put his favorites in an album. We can't wait for the final product! With Jack you get both professionalism and artistic talent! Jack is a genius!!! He is amazingly meticulous and astute to every detail. We were totally blown away by the photos, the quality, view, subject....just everything. He was a big hit with the entire family and guests. We are still in awe of our photos and everytime we look at them each photo lends to another story of the day ;-). Jack Slomovits photographed our wedding in January 2003, and has since photographed a close friend's wedding as well. He is, without a doubt, the best in the business, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to every bride looking for an amazing wedding photographer. Delightful! 12/6/2004

Jack was an amazing delight at my friends recent wedding who took 1700 photos! yet amazingly remained unscene! The pictures were incredible. They had more than a photo journalistic quality and they capturtured more than the moment. It was true art that showed emotion and love and laughter. The pictures brought the day flooding back. He is truly spectacular! more

My personal three criteria for a wedding photographer was: 1. Easy to work with, 2. Listened to what I wanted, and 3. Had an artistic eye that caught the feelings of the people, not just their faces. When I received my wedding photographs, I truly felt that I was back in that very special moment. Jack's photographs tell the story of your day, not just who was there and what they were wearing. He captures the love in people's eyes and the excitement in their hearts. If you want your wedding photographs to tell your great grandchildren the story of your wedding after you are gone, you will HAVE to hire Jack for your wedding. He is like no other. He is enjoyable to work with, and talented beyond description. I will be using Jack for every major moment in my life going forward. You cannot go wrong with Jack. more

Wedding Photos Cohen/Mascera Wedding 12/6/2004

Although I a only one person with one opinion I felt the need to let everyone know what a beautiful job Jack did with the Wedding photos for one of my best friends. The pictures were truly beautiful and recapped the evening perfectly. By looking at his photos you could see how much love and happiness filled the room on the night of their wedding. I have passed along the photos to other friends and they all asked and said the same thing. Who was the photographer? and Those are the BEST Wedding photos I have ever seen. Hate fussy photographers? So do I. 12/5/2004

I really hate weddings where you almost never see the happy couple because the photographer is always blocking your line of sight. That is exactly the reason I got Jack--he's low maintenance, makes sure he knows exactly what you want. Most of our wedding guests don't remembers even seeing him or his assistant during the whole 10 hour affair. Yet I have hundreds upon hundred of awesome photos that prove otherwise. They are all intimate unstaged photos of me, my husband, our families, and our friends at what was the best damn party we'll ever thow. Also, I was very frugal planning our wedding, I splurged a bit on the photos, and he was worth every penny. Pros: accommadating, creative, swift processing more
