Overall, it's a convenient storage unit with many extras and a fair price. My only suggestion would be to have a unit that gives you 24/7 access. more

I don't usually post reviews but I will make an exception. This company offers what many companies seem to be missing today - good customer service. These folks seem to go out of their way to actually help the customer. I have been around for awhile and I can tell you many businesses, today, either lack good customer service or they fake it. These people were very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. My hat is off to this business..thank you. more

Fast + easy site to navigate, excellent prices, and unmatched customer support and service. Received my first quote from them and the price (special) is exactly as advertised. Some others companies offer a special and it's more when you sign up. Email receipt even had a little thank you written to me for helping their business. So far I have had no trouble and I'll continue giving my business right here! more

I have used both climate control storage (another company) and non climate control storage. The climate control is really not needed (stuff sits in a warehouse anyways so why bother). These people took the time to explain the difference to me. The staff was friendly, courteous, and offered a ""move in special"" rental rate. I recommend using them or at least check them out. more

Storage rate was excellent, and customer service was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of spaces to choose from and a moving truck was offered when I moved in. Triple A rating from me. more
