I went to U-Stow on Diamond Springs Road the clerk was heading out on his break and since I didn't have a reservation he wouldn't help me. I got in my car and drove to Jack Rabbit...

I have done quite a bit of business over the years, and this company is by far one of the best company. The customer service is unrivaled, professional, the rental unit price is competitive and affordable, plus they offer many extras such as moving supplies and a moving truck. I will continue to use them and I will recommend them to my colleagues. more

Their customer service is good stuff! I actually was able to ask the owner a few questions because he was on site that day. This company is truly family owned. They are friendly, helpful and they go out of their way. So many companies are missing this type of service these days. Everyone looks for a good price or a great deal but these people offer much more. I'll use them again for storage..keep up the good work. more

The prices and customer service are outstanding. I have stored my stuff (work and home) two times with this company. The first time I had no problems and I was very pleased. The second time was to store some items from my office from work. The special rate for the first month is a good rate, they offered a truck to use....I highly recommend these folks. more

Whole process was excellent. From reservation to move it it was a pleasure..pretty easy. The rates (with special price) were exactly as stated and the customer service exceptional.. Will use jack rabbit again without hesitation. more

The manager at this jack rabbit was great. He really worked with me and educated me about climate control storage (it's really not needed), moving supplies and products and a few other things that I had not considered. THank you so much for helping me. Steve more

Nice Job. I was very happy with the price and the service. The people were friendly and helped me looked over several size spaces before I found the one that I needed. A truck was offered on move in and I moved into my space the same day. If anyone needs storage, I will definitely recommend using them. more

Awesome Place to Store Your Stuff 1/18/2012

I went to U-Stow on Diamond Springs Road the clerk was heading out on his break and since I didn't have a reservation he wouldn't help me. I got in my car and drove to Jack Rabbit where the manager was happy to show me several spaces regardless of having a reservation. What an awesome place to store your goods. more
