the customer service its really bad i didnt like they way they treat a customer . They do have a lot of selections but the customer service its not helpfull!!!

Unparalleled for customer service and selection 7/30/2008

I have been going to Jack Bs for about 7 years now and have never had poor service. The person who did may have been there when they were very short staffed. Jack Bs has more selection than anyone could see in a full day and they know exactly where everything is. I was surprised to realize recently that not only do they have slipcover and drapery (home decorating) fabrics, but they also have dress fabrics. Great selection. Don't miss the chance to shop there. It's a real experience bc the aisles are narrow, but it's a fabric lovers heaven. more

Jack B. is the best of 4th street! 5/31/2008

Jack B. is the greatest! I have used them for years both as a designer and for personal use. The aisles are narrow but the warmth is terrific - they LOVE to help you! The employees are always fun and in on the latest of everything. Go there first and save yourself lots of time! SusanLD Pros: great variation, materials quality and ""in-the-know"" salesforce Cons: check the seconds, as with all, JUST occasionally there is a flaw - Jack B will be more than fair! more

the customer service its really bad i didnt like they way they treat a customer . They do have a lot of selections but the customer service its not helpfull!!! more

Great selection and prices. 3/6/2004

Had a really great experience choosing upholstery fabric because Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went to some of the other places on 4th street but couldn't find want I wanted. Jack B has a huge range in many different price ranges. Only small downside was the narrow aisles. Pros: great variety, great prices, helpful salespeople Cons: , narrow aisles more
