Jab Disposal Svc

What has happened to the true owner of JAB Disposal is absolutely nothing short of a tragedy. The man worked seven days a week for eight years to earn his business and support his children and would give the shirt of his back to a stranger. A true Christian. JAB was taken over by a different owner one year ago. The misfortune that he is dealing with has changed his life forever. I have been a customer of JAB since they started the business and changed to Tri Country as soon as they opened. Yes he did work for JAB for several years and he is just as reliable and honest as any other service out there. Tri Country is another hard worker trying to feed their family. more

I've had all the same problems with JAB so no need to repeat. I switched to IESI in Greenville, Texas They were very pleasant and you can sign up for $65.00 if you have a credit card or debit card. Phone number is 903 450-8303 or 903 450-8322 and guess what, THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. and their rates are better and offer regular scheduled days to pick up bulky items . I'm not paying the month of Sept to JAB because there was no service and they can pickup their own containers, EISI will dump the trash for us in JAB containers as a courtesy. From what I understand JAB is now out of business. I saw a posting that led me to Tri County. The funny thing is the caller ID on the guy from Tri County is a VERY similar name to the customer contact person on the BBB for JAB. Am I about to get screwed again? more

We have had this service for over a year now, and ITS THE WORST! ITS NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS AND WE HAVE HAD NO TRASH PICK UP (OCTOBER 2010) WE HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY EITHER TAKE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK OR THEY NEVER ANSWER! THEY ARE NOT EVEN DECENT ENOUGH TO SPEAK TO YOU. THEY ARE SUPPOST TO PICK UP TRASH ON FRIDAYS AND THEY NEVER DO! ARE ALWAYS LATE OR LIKE NOW THEY HAVE NOT COME FOR 3 WEEKS. ITS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WE WILL BE CANCELLING THIS SERVICE, BUT CANT SEEM TO CALL ANYONE TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER OR TAKE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK. WE WILL NOT BE PAYING THERE BILL. AND HOW DARE THEM EVEN TRY TO FILL US FOR TRASH SERVICE THEY DO NOT EVEN PROVIDE. DO NOT USE JAB TRASH! more

Only one star because you can't use zero. I've used JAB for over 5 years. I never had problems until they got new owners recently. Now, they NEVER pick up on the right day, NEVER. They changed their phone number and never told us. The only reason I know the new one is because a family member lives nearby and told me (it's now 903-454-6700). EVERY time I call, it just rings constantly, no voicemail is set up. I too, thought maybe they changed their pickup days because they are always late. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it's getting ridiculous. I live in Royse City and the pickup day is supposed to be on Tuesdays. By Friday it may or may not be picked up, we never know. Everyone just has their trash sitting out by the curb, piling up every day, wondering if it will be picked up or not. I want to call and cancel my service, but they won't answer their phone. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. I'm FED up! more

I started with JAB service 4 weeks ago. They have missed their pick up day 3 out of the 4 weeks. My pick up is on Tuesday. The first week, I let it slide, they picked up the following day. The second week, I thought well maybe I misunderstood the pick up day of the week and figured I had better confirm with JAB. The second week they missed was the week of memorial day. So I called on Wednesday to confirm I have the pick up day correct. I explained they had missed that week and the week prior. They said the truck driver reported the prior week there was no trash out. Funny because I put it out the night before and no one in the neighborhood got their trash picked up. And for the week of labor day they told me since the dump was closed on Monday it threw them off. They picked up on Thursday the week of labor day. The next week they picked up Tuesday as scheduled with a trailer being pulled behind a truck (not a good safe way to dispose of your trash.) Now this being the forth week, and it is Wednesday and my trash is still outside and they will not answer their phone. I have had nothing but poor service out of JAB. I do not recommend them. My review is similar to retiredsncousmc, funny I too am a retired SNCO from USMC as well.... I guess we expect too much, someone to do what they say they will do.... more

I've been using J.A.B. for nearly 5 years now. It started off ok and then over the past year they have a change in management? Don't know, don't care! At one point it was like 3 weeks before they came out to pick up my trash. The week of 8/11/10 I didn't have my normal weekly trash pick up. They call me on 8/13/10 telling me they did not receive payment? I tell them I haven't received a bill. I make a payment that day. Funny thing happened. Later that day after I make payment I receive their bill in the mail? Now, it's Sept and they haven't picked up trash in 2 weeks? I call their phone # (903) 454-3723 and guess what? It's no longer a working #? Imagine that? After going thru my phone records from Aug, I found the # they used to call me on 8/13/10. After numerous rings they finally answer and I ask about my trash pickup. They claim that because 9/6/10 was a holiday, the landfill was closed? I ask what about last week hello????? I didn't get an answer! Imagine that? more

I sent them $60 and in 2 mo they have picked up twice, and one of those times i had to call and ask them why they hadnt picked up...they havent picked up my trash since then...they robbed me of 60! Now i cant reach anyone in the office for over a week now...they let the answering machine pick up everytime! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I am going up there today to demand my money back! more

I HAVE USED JAB DISPOSAL SERVICE FOR 2 1/2 YEARS AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD AS PROBLEM WITH THEM CALLING ME BACK OR PICKING UP MY TRASH. EVEN WHEN THE WEATHER IS NASTY. THEY ARE VERY FAMILY ORIENTED PEOPLE AND TAKE THEIR JOBS TO THE MAX. I HAD TRIED SEVERAL COMPANIES BEFORE THEM AND WOULD NOT TRADE THEM FOR THE WORLD. THEY HAVE A ONE PERSON OFFICE AND I BELIEVE THAT SHE DOES WELL TO HANDLE 1600+ CUSTOMERS. bETTER THAN THE OTHER OFFICE LADIES THEY HAVE HAD BEFORE. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS. more
