This woman apparently has some sort of a napolean complex- she doesn't listen to patients (well, generally their parents, since most patients are kids) very well at all, and she is quite rude if you dare to question her. We had to cancel the contract with her and have a different orthodontist finish it out- in less than 2 years, the braces were off when she had wanted to keep them on for over 5. The teeth are still fine, even without the extra 3 years of braces.
