JRS Management Inc

I lived there for a year and a half and it is an horrible place, they never fix the apartment problems and the toilets stay backed up for weeks at a time, nasty. dirty grounds and rude apt manager, and her husband who writes bad checks to his helpers, oh yeah they are an bishop and a first lady, go figure. the apartments are on 1621 springhill ave in Mobile, al i don't care if you are on your last let don't go there. Don't even go ther for an job it is the worst thing you can do. you still get charged rent and they treat you like an slave and like an dog, you will do their job plus your own and not get paid anything extra. me and my family left that horrible place and became apartment managers at an complex on st. stephens rd where rent is a lot cheaper and you get your stuff fixed asap. I was a renter at an apt complex that JRS manages. I moved out and 4 1/2 months later I am still waiting for my deposit. When I call JRS Management, I leave a message and wait for a call back that has yet to be received. I actually believe that this management company is just hoping that I quit requesting my deposit back so that they dont have to refund it. And I feel that is a horrible practice for a management company. more
