Prompt, Professional, and Very Affordable!!! 5/17/2011

I bought my first house last summer in the Philadelphia/Montco burbs. The house was in pretty bad shape. I spent a ton fixing it up and it has become my baby. I have a mixture of tile and carpet in my home. I had replaced my carpet shortly after I bought the home, but the tile in my foyer, kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms was classic! I really didn't want to replace it. I did try a couple methods on my own to clean it up but decided to call in the pros on this one. The results are unbelievable. I loved the tile before but it really looks brand new now. I am definitely satisfied with the choice I made. I wish I could post a picture! These people are experienced, they're fair, and they are honest! more

I would recomment JMS to anyone! 7/10/2009

JMS is the best carpet cleaning company that I have ever seen. The first time they came to my house, my daughter had spilled red nail polish on my carpet. I thought for sure that the carpet would need to be replaced. Within a short amount of time, they had the nail polish up and there were no traces of the nail polish whatsever. The next time I had them out my daughter had spilled hot glue on the carpet. Once again. the glue is gone completely. In addition, they always make sure that the spots are out and if they come back, they are out to fix it immediately. Lastly, they do much more than just carpet cleaning. Our grout for our ceramic tile had turned dark and when JMS left it looked brand new. Great company, great service, great results. What more can someone ask for? more

Pleasant and prompt. A great company. 7/6/2009

My family has been using JMS Enterprises for many years. I highly recommend them. When I call them, they always have times available to do the cleaning and they work around my schedule. Jen, the receptionist, is very nice and helpful. JMS is prompt and their work is thorough. They do not only clean the areas that you can see. They will pick up chairs and clean under them. They also leave products for me to try -- for example, spot-removing products to use for pet stains. They have given these to me at no extra charge. JMS is a great company to work with. Exceed my expectations in carpet cleaning. 7/1/2009

I have used JMS Enterprises for so many years and they have been consistently dependable and done a great job. They are particularly thorough in their carpet clenaing. We have had pets over the years and spills on the carpet, and JMS has saved our carpet in many instances. One time, when red wine was spilled on the carpet, they came over on an emergency basis and were able to resurrect our carpeting. If JMS does a job and you are dissatisfied, or if a spot reappears, you can depend on them to come back and take care of it.
