Carol and Co is a small specialty gift store in downtown Hagerstown. Has a wide range of small gifts, china, and knick knacks. They also have a weird selection of clothing and baby items. Not really my kind of store, seems like they have more junk that anything of substance. Its in a nice area of Hagerstown to walk about in the summer. more

Nice Classy Store 8/21/2005

Carol and Company is conveniently located in downtown Hagerstown. They carry a wide variety of fine china in patterns that can be quite difficult to locate elsewhere. They also have a great selection of other fine house wares items and children’s clothing all at very reasonable prices. While parking is a challenge unless you park at the parking deck and walk through downtown, it is worth the trouble to visit this store. more
