You can pick up your items within an hour. Unless it requires a lot of work but they do everything in the store. And it still costs less than taking it to Kay Jewelers! Kays and other chain jewelers charge you extra for their own profit since they send their repairs to 3rd parties! JJ's has this cool laser soldering machine that can pretty much fuse anything together! And they have a small tv screen showing you how its done. The workers there are sweet and it seems to be a family business. I highly recommend this place. A co-worker referred me to them and I've been a loyal patron ever since. I'm glad they have such great reviews, they deserve it. more
