i got eye brow wax, brazillian, upper lip wax, facial, and the ultimate body treatment (body salt + seaweed detox wrap) with jessica. i was amazed. her place is small, but very cozy. she doesn't have one of those shower heads for cleaning the mud off of you, but she does such an AWESOME job using heated towels wiping the wraps off of you and it feels so soothing. i already booked my next appt and will go back at least 1-2 times a month! oh and her prices are SO reasonable.\r \r i LOVE jessica. she must have some magic hands. my skin is soooooooooo clean afterwards + smooth! she is so awesome! i've been looking for a facilist for at least 10 months after i moved to Cupertino.. and FINALLY i've found one! my skin has improved so much after seeing her! \r \r oh! and her signature facial is just to die for! Pros: awesome at all her services!!!! she's so busy though! hard to book last minute sessiosn with her! more

I NOW have fantastic eyebrows 4/22/2006

I have been looking for a good eyebrow waxer for a while now and in the meantime doing a lazy/lousy job plucking. Now, I go to Jessica every 6 weeks and have gorgeous eyebrows. I love not having to worry about plucking... I highly recommend Jessica, on top of everything else she is a genuine person. more

I went to Jessica for my first eyebrow wax ever, and she lived up to all the reviews here. Totally nice, totally friendly and professional, very relaxing. I love the shape of my eyebrows and it's totally worth the saved hassle of plucking! more

I had the best, most relaxing facial I have ever had from Jessica Moore of Jem Skincare. I also learned some important ways to care for my skin between visits. JEM Skincare is so professional. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only place I trust with waxing. All other places have resulted in very bad experiences. Jessica's technique was really fantastic! more

Jessica is the Anastasia of the South Bay when it comes to eyebrows. I have gone a few years without waxing because I haven't found anyone I thought could hold a candle to my old brow lady. Forget a candle, Jessica holds the torch. Jessica was easy to book an appointment with, friendly and knows her stuff. I've never been so happy with the shape, I didn't know I had eyebrows like this. I didn't have to tell her what I wanted, she just knew. I found her on here from other user recommendations and I'm glad they didn't keep this diamond in the rough a secret. I will definately go back to Jem Skincare. Given the prices, I didn't expect such personal attention. The aesthetician (Jessica) explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would feel. She seemed to really enjoy what she was doing and that made the experience more enjoyable for me as well. Pros: Great Service, Good Location, Great Prices more

Great Experience 4/19/2005

I was almost 30 minutes. But Jessica was so nice about it. I had the medicated facial and sea mud body wrap. The experience was so relaxing I dozed off. The environment is very pleasant. Everything smells wonderful. Jessica has a great touch. After learning about my skin care regiment, she said I was doing the right things and did not try to sell me on anything. And my skin looked absolutely luminous after my facial. The prices are so reasonable I plan to go at least once a month. Pros: Skills, Price, parking more

Jessica is amazing! She gives the most fantastic facials! My skin always looks so good after I see her! Plus, it is a truly relaxing experience. I also have her do my eyebrows... she is great! I have been to a lot of spas and skin care centers, but Jessica/JEM Skincare is the best! Her prices are affordable, and her facials and services are the best! I highly recommend her! I enjoyed my ""face mapping"" and the recommendations that esthetician Jessica made for my skin care regieme. How nice that the products were available on the spot! I later booked for a facial and found it to be extremely relaxing and thorough...a bonus was the scalp/neck/shoulder massage. This experience is highly recommended. I really enjoyed my facial at JEM SKINCARE. Jessica, the esthetician, was knowledgeable and friendly. She made good recommendations about my skincare and gave me a wonderfully relaxing facial, as well as head/scalp/shoulder massage. JEM Skincare is such a great treat to yourself! They take such good care of you, the room is so warm and inviting. You'll come out feeling wonderful and relaxed! I got a facial and my eyelashes dyed. Both were wonderful. Jessica was so thorough, gentle, and good at what she was doing! And the dyed eyelashes are so super awesome. I'm totally addicted! I received the best eyebrow shaping ever, and it wasn't painful at all. It has also lasted over 6 weeks with minimal hair regrowth. I'm definitely going to go to her for all my waxing needs. Plus she did a beautiful job with my eyelash tinting. I've received so many compliments from people on my eyelashes. I definitely recommend her one hundread percent.
