From the quoting process through the clean-up Jerry and crew were very professional and easy to work with. \r His proces were fair. He understands the value of the tree to the property and is adequately insured.\r His team stayed in contact with us and delivered everything they promised.\r I would highly recommend them more

Good Service 1/12/2011

JC's Tree Service was very service oriented. They returned phone calls quickly and were easy to get in tough with. They ended up cutting down a small oak tree by accident; however, we negotiated a settlement for their error. I would use them again, but would require a more thorough desription of the work to be performed so another tree doesn't get cut down by accident. more

Reasonable, quick tree removal 1/4/2011

The estimator came over the day after I called and gave a clear, relatively inexpensive bid. The best part was that the job was completed the same week in less time than originally estimated. more

Good, honest tree work 12/26/2010

After a couple of bids for work to be done on our 11 oaks, JC's came in at the most honest. I was most impressed with the DETAIL of the bid - I knew exactly what I would be getting for my money. Other bids were broad and non-specific. Very impressive work on removing ball moss. Cleaned the under-canopy beautifully and really made the trees look taller and fuller. They reduced all the crowding and made the oaks look gorgeous. Beautiful job! more

Excellent Results 11/9/2010

We have lived in our Cedar Park home for 18 years and have never had our trees trimmed. So, needless to say, they were in desperate need of some TLC. Our neighbor contacted JC's Professional Tree Service as well as others and was pleased w/the estimate.\r \r We bothe decided to have the work done on the same day and the results were amazing. We now have sun coming thru our front windows (ta-da) and the view is great. Oh-what we were missing.\r \r Jerry & John were easy to work with and made sure we were totally satisfied. They really lived up to their name, 'Professional'. \r \r Our experience was great and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have tree work performed.\r \r Thanks guys......\r more

Excellent Service 10/25/2010

I recently purchased a home on a few acres out in the Hill Country. The trees on the property had not been maintained for over five years and were growing all over the place.\r In an attempt to get some order back on the property we brought in JC Professional Tree Service. The first evening when I came home from the office my initial reaction was one of horror (it looked as though my trees were being scalped). However, by the end of the following day the crew had finished their trimming and cleaned up the property - it looked awesome. There were several very old oak trees and they had created a beautiful canopy - with all the dead growth removed. All the new neighbors have complimented us on the ""new look"".\r Would I ever use them again? You betcha - these guys are good. I'll recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. more

Artistic tree trimming! 8/23/2010

I live on a half-acre lot with lots of live oaks, red oaks, mountain laurel, cedars (and some hackberries and ligustrum). Every few years I've had work done, each time trying yet another tree service, each time swearing ""I won't use that guy again!"" With JC's I have finally found great satisfaction, and will definitely use them again. Jerry's bid was competitive (if not the lowest I got), but he sealed the deal by offering helpful suggestions and a detailed, creative plan - no hard sell, just good professional advice. The work was superbly done (over 3 days and about 100 man-hours), and the cleanup was great! I'm happy, and so are my trees! more
