Through a simple misunderstanding in scheduling of work done, the receptionist at JCT Electric called me, yelled at me, refused to listen to my side of the story and then hung up on me. During her rant, she accused me of doing work illegally and without necessary permits and threatened to call our township to tell them of this so-called illegal work. If this work required a permit, why didn't they tell me to go get a permit before their "scheduled" work was to be done on our premises? I'm assuming it's because they themselves do work without necessary permits that's why they were so quick to threaten us. I can't believe how this situation was handled all due to a simple misunderstanding.
