The girl basically didn't even trim my right side of my bangs so all my bangs are uneven and she said she was going to cut it all even for the rest of my hair. It was all going to be one length. Looked, it was all messed up. It was so uneven and she even missed one strand completely! It was a bad experience. more

Learn how to cut hair 11/23/2012

Had medium length hair and asked for a nice layered bob. Showed up at my appt and was told they switched me to a different girl because my girl was running way behind in a perm. This girl razored and hacked my hair all up. It's uneven and choppy and pd 32 plus tip. Got home and cannot believehow terrible it is damaged and blunt cut. I'll be calling asap in am for my money back and a gift card for the 2 hrs travel time it takes me to get yo and from again. Terrible customer service!!!! more
