Over the past 7 years that J.C. Has been looking after my rental they have done a great job. They respond to me when I call or email, and let me know when anything major comes up.

I had a recent maintenance issue and I was reminded of just how much I appreciate the help of JC management. I have always felt they show concern for tenants and handle things like they are just as important to them as it is to me. more

Smooth Ride 3/4/2012

For almost a year now I have been living in a unit managed by JC management. Everything has gone smooth. No major repairs have been needed but there has been some minor ones that came up. They were always responsive and handle my minor problems right away. I am very pleased with JC Management. more

Horrible Service - They just want you money 7/26/2011

Honestly, I wish I had good things to say about this company but unfortunately I dont. These people are completely incapable of doing anything and help people who they get paid from. You ask them for one thing that they are obligated to provide you but ...good luck with that! They don't return phone calls or emails. I thought I should just show up in their office one day because that would be the only way to get things done with them. Our building is a total mess, they don't do anything, things keep braking, they don't fix them and I am really wondering: do they really think that they will keep our business next year? It is really a shame how people can be so irresponsible. more

The management company that dont want to be bothered 7/23/2011

I don't like writing bad reviews but if its going to help others avoid my bad experience then Ill do it. JC Management could be the worse company you might find around. Not helpful, rude and they dont want to be bothered by you. We had another management company before that also wasnt good but this one is far worse. I am in the Board of Directors and I will bring the subject up in our next meeting to start looking for a different company. Stay away from them if you can. more

that office has changed so many staff members that the one that calls himself manager cannot tell the difference between good worker and user.The rude ones are still aboard but the ones that actually care and do their job are no longer there most likely fired.he needs to wake up and be a boss and not listen to supposingly some staff members that do not care and see his mistake of losing some of the best workers and keeping the ones that play him in their fingers. some are worth keeping but not all anymore. more

Subpar -- and I'm a Landlord 10/13/2010

Frequently in my building, stuff breaks down (elevator, heater, etc.) I only learn about these things when I try to take a shower (cold water) or walking up the stairs (the elevator). more

Great people 4/21/2010

I don't understand where these negative reviews come from. I own a co-op in an aging building that has it's share of problems like a lot of buildings that are falling apart in my area. Every time I call JC Management I always have a pleasant experience. They're usually very nice, attentive, and professional especially one person named Christopher who answers the phones and takes care of the problems. My problems ranging from intercom issues to leaks are usually resolved within a few days. Thank you JC Management for everything. Pros: Nice hardworking people more

Horrible Management Company 2/1/2010

This management company is the absolute worst. They spend as little money as they possibly can. They are not responsive when issues arise, unless of course it is something that may cost them more money. If you have a leak, they go crazy trying to get into your apartment even when you are not home. If anything else breaks, you have to call, call, beg and plead to get anything fixed. Cons: Unprofessional, unresponsive, and ridiculously cheap. more

JC Management - World's Most Horrible Real Estate Business - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 7/12/2008

If you are looking to deal with a real estate company., I would r-u-n from JC Management & Joseph Galea and a tall, black guy named Lionel. They are horrible landlords, unprofessional and there is a woman in the office who operates the office named Kathy Cobena (assistant managing agent) who is equally poor in managing things. She goes along with the madness and the crookedness there. They harass you. They bill you incorrectly. They bully you. They do not clean up their buildings. They have ratz infestation in their buildings and they are ""never wrong."" Pros: nothing at all. Cons: everything under the sun is wrong with this company. more

Piece of garbage 5/10/2008

After a brief stint of working in this office and facing sexual harassment as well as witnessing their unresponsiveness to tenant complaints, and total disregard for anyone, I would never recommend this company to anyone...the owners are the type of men that give any racial minority a bad name for their ignorant stereotypical and uneducated antics...they are a disgrace to Italians and Italian Americans everywhere...they treat the clients in the real estate segment awful also, which is called Coco Realty, do not use them either, save your money and find an apartment yourself...another thing, they also have a case filed against them for a few million dollars for not fixing a tenant's ceiling which eventually collapsed on the poor tenant... what kind of company is JC management?! 12/3/2007

JC management is an unprofessional company as far as I know. They called our company to our service, and They arranged an appointment at 9AM, but nobody showed up until 10AM. When I called them ask why the late, they told me simply because the company's office hour is from 10AM. When I asked them why you scheduled appointment at 9AM if there is nobody would show up before 10AM, they couldn't answer my question. How ""organized"" that company is!!!!! more

Enters apartment without trying to contact tenant 12/11/2005

Breaks the law, they fix nothing, send out statements that are incorrect, and without phone their phone number on it, and when you do call them, they don't want to deal with you. I hope they deal better with the landlord. more
