Very unprofessional, very rude service. I would never go here again... This place was recommended by a muffler shop as the best in Manteca..God they were wrong!!! The guy that was at the office, wouldn't let me tell him what the problem was, he just said ""it will cost you 96.00 dollars, to check what's wrong with the truck, come another, we don't have time today"" Hello!!! Can't I talk I****!!! more

Unprofessional Unethical I had a engine installed, but over warranty and informed them that the other auto shop advised me that the loud ticking was being caused by a rod. This what has occurred since I took vehicle to this unscrupulous SHOP!!!!!!!! 10/8/10 Iwas sent to JC by a friend for a second opinion and I informed them with information that had been given to me from the other shop. One of their techs when out and checked my vehicle and came back within 15 mins and informed me that my lifters were causing the knocking. I returned the next day and advised me that it was a rod and not the lifters, and presented me with a bill of 1,501 dollars and advised me that it had been a rod. They discounted me 90 dollars and I paid the bill and took my vehicle and had to have the entire engine replaced. I contacted the BB and tried to reach a comprise. Their offer was approx. 397 dollars of free work. GO FIGURE!!! If you're a friend of Bill or a FF please do not go to this shop EL Ruby more

I am surprised I made it home in my car after I got it back. After I fixed the first problem I found another... almost the hard way. I barely made it home one morning. I called and they really could care less!! I have been a customer for 5 years and I will never go back!! What they did and how they acted was completely unacceptable. Cons: Sloppy work, poor customer service. more

I took my car in and instead of fixing the problem I left with more problems than I came with. New shop, no problems. more

Broke down in Manteca, got picked up by aaa tow, and they took me to a great shop, JC automotive. my car was overheating. they checked it out and repaired the same day to get me on my way. thanks too there kindness I got back to the beginning of my vacation. thanks alot guys more
