Always liked the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, got fish and chips today and the fish was barely warm and tasted moldy. more

I've been going to O'Brien's for over ten years, stopping in at least 3-5 times a year. The staff has been consistently friendly and efficient, and the food is always fantastic! Must try the Philly Cheese Steak, the Fish & Chips, and Johnny's Hot Sister. I was shocked to read the review from Frank Kilders, because my friends, family and I have always had a wonderful time at this pub. In fact, I make a point of bringing people there for their first time, and they have loved it. Every time. Perhaps Mr. Kilders is unaware that you are not allowed to serve food where outdoor smoking is allowed. That is consistent across the board. He may have found other places that break that rule, this isn't one of them. The O'Brien's staff run a tight ship and I have never received bad service, please give them a chance to prove to you how great they are. more

Went to the pub with my wife and father in law. Sat outside. No service. Went inside. Was not greeted as a customers. Was told there was no waiter outside!!! Are you kidding me. Had to go inside to get my own menu and my own drinks. Hello, where are we. Even had to go inside to order food and more drinks. more

This place is one of the best finds my husband and I have discovered in terms of food since we moved here a year ago. They do have some Irish food, but they also have a ton of other options including hamburgers, salads, sandwiches, etc. My favorite dish there, believe it or not, is the chicken enchiladas. Plenty of TVs for watching sports. If you are not a Philly Eagles fan, though, avoid coming here when they play since the bar sponsors their club out here, and it's way too crowded. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for service, but the staff is very, very friendly. more
