Very Poor Service 5/2/2013

I Purchased a Heat Pump unit in Aug. 2012 from J Wheat Company. Jeff promised me a Frigidaire Unit and I recieved a Gibson. On line reviews of this unit are poor. His installation was terrible. When finished it cooled only the utility room that it was installed in because they had bent the sheetmetal up so badly. Serviceman came back and added lots of tape to seal cracks between thier unit and my ductwork. How long will that last. Now unit isn't working right. Only get answering machine when calling for service. Called about 6 times. Told we'd have a serviceman out yesterday, April 30, between 1PM and 3PM. Nobody showed and nobody called to explain. I'd avoid J Wheat Company at all cost. more

Horrible Customer Service 7/7/2012

Do NOT use this company. The only reason I m giving it 1 star is because that is the lowest rating you can give. I called to see if they could come look at my air conditioner and was told they would be there anywhere from that time to 4 hours later. Since it was 102 degrees, I called another company and they could come out within the hour. I called Wheat back within 30 minutes to cancel only to receive a call back from the owner chewing me out for calling 2 companies. The second company I called was out and had my air fixed within an hour and a half from calling and their rates were awesome. Use Bryan's Heating and Air!! more
