J. Reid Perry, Attorney at Law, received his calling to the practice of law through a life changing event involving his son and only child, Austen. As a result of a physician's negligence, Austen was left blind. Rather than becoming bitter about Austen's plight, however, Reid determined to learn all that he could about the law, giving him the ability to protect his son's rights and interests as he continues on his journey through life. In the spirit of Reid's vision, he opened his own office as a solo practitioner in Cypress in May of 2003. Reid has since moved his office about 1.5 miles from the Cypress location in December of 2006 to the corner of Jones and Mills Road in Northwest Houston. Reid is determined to offer the services the community at large needs the most. Owing to his personal background and his years of experience in the health care area, Reid will not shy away from difficult assignments, including contentious family and probate matters, child custody or criminal de fense case such as DWI / DUI, Assault, Weapons Violations, and Theft.
