I've used J&Rs three times, twice for oil changes and once to replace my radiator. After the first oil change, a few weeks later was when the radiator went out. Then a few weeks...

$280 Chevy starter, ... Priceless. 11/18/2015

Jeff, I really appreciated your help this weekend. I do however think that the starter price was off the charts. I take responsibility for not getting a quote, but wow on the starter. A cheap starter is $49 and a General Motors OEM is $99 shipped. A Powermax Powermaster is 179 Shipped. Again, I appreciated the help, I just wanted to vent . I do recommend you to people in need, but may suggest they get a quote also. Tom. more

All of the people at J & R treated me in an upbeat and positive manner....From the time I entered the Center, until the time my vehicle was ready for pickup, I was given excellent treatment with regards to my personal service....My vehicle was ready to go on time, at the price I was quoted, and the work done was excellent.....What more could a person ask for?.....I will certainly use J & R Service Center for my vehicles in the future! more

The quote to fix my cars problem was almost $300 dollars higher than my first one at another place! I like your business and would definately come back. Just not for this problem! ! more

I've been taking my vehicles to J&R since they opened over 20 years ago. The employees are trained service experts that deliver quality work. The staff is friendly and helpful. And I wouldn't go anyplace else. more

DON'T BOTHER!! 4/27/2011

I've used J&Rs three times, twice for oil changes and once to replace my radiator. After the first oil change, a few weeks later was when the radiator went out. Then a few weeks after the second oil change, the head gasket busted in my car. It could just be coincidence, but it seems unlikely. more
