Charlie let me down this week after I've been using him exclusively for many, many years. He made a repair which did not hold, promised to come out, asked me to email him the water heater information. Then he neither came out nor checked his email after a week had gone by. I now have a new plumber. Sorry, Charlie. more

If you want the best plumber, call J&R Plumbing 12/17/2009

The plumber came out and had a fully equipped and supplied truck. He had the parts without going to a hardware store. The problem was solved and I was able to get back to work right away. Pros: Professional, quick and a good problem solver. Cons: They are not 24 hour service more
