They took my bike apart 4 times until he was SURE he solved the problem with it!! They were fantastic! And i was sent to them because the Wow guys wouldn't even work on my bike! Highly recommend!! more

Extremely Pissed Off!! 3/17/2012

I have been a customer there for three years and i am very disappointed in their recent service. I got an oil change there and my bike had no oil in it the next day! I could have destroyed my bike! also the next oil change i got from there took four days and they charged me $106 for it and a blinker bulb which was $1.25. What a rip off!! Best Friendly Service 6/5/2010

J&R has maintained my 1984 Honda for the previous owner. They did some basic maintenance recently for a good price and had excellent advise for a new rider. Called today with a problem. They took it immediatley, knew what to look for and I was out in under 15 minutes. They have my business! Pros: Instant help with problem; Knows older bikes Cons: Have not found one yet more

If you've been in a wreck, don't bother calling J&R 7/18/2008

My Chief and I were in a wreck and I called J&R to see if they would work on my bike. As soon as I mentioned that it would be through insurance, they passed. more
