I took my pathfinder in there to have them diagnos a rattle. After several hours, they had not called, so I called them. They told me it was a "mount fit" problem. I had never heard of that so I called two auto body shops and the nissan dealer and none of them had ever heard of that. $40 for a half hour diagnosis, no call and bogus information. I will not be returning there. more

Great service 8/19/2005

I have gone to JP's for a couple of years. We bought a set of tires there that we can get rotated free for the life of the tires. We chose this place because they also do oil changes. To help me remember to do tire rotations, I just have them do it every time I get the oil changed. They are friendly and efficient. They have the car done when promised. more
