Ana And I got married on February 16th, 2013, We went to a number of tuxedo stores. When we got to JP Tuxedos, we saw a great selection of tuxedos, several name brands and the price was lowest than the others... When we picked up our tuxedos, everything was there, from alterations, to accessories and best of all, Bridgete and Vic offered excellent service to all of us...with a smile... JP Tuxedos is a place where you will find the exact Tux you are looking for. The store has so many choices. As soon as you walk in, you see this amazing collection of styles, colors, and patterns.\r \r The staff was very professional and courteous. They promptly measure me and showed me all the options. Not only they were able to find me a lovely Ivory Tux, but color coordinated the vest, tie and accessories for the best look. \r \r Their pricing is very reasonable and their staff very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience. more

Worst tux place ever. First off the two guys that were measured at mens warehouse their tux fit perfectly. The rest of the guys including the groom, fob, fog, etc... tux did not fit at all and they were all measured by the same guy. He is indian and has glasses. He was not a little off he was inches off on everything from shirts being mostly too short. Jackets were coming up to their elbows. Pants were either huge or too long. We only had one day for all the guys to pick up their tux which was on Wednesday and the wedding was Friday. The guys live far so they picked them up on Weds after our rehearsal but before our dinner started. I went in there right after my groom tried on his tux and it did not fit at all. They were not very accomedating at fixing the guys tux. They tried to give us free socks and a free garter but it was not going to fix the problem. I consider myself very calm for not having any of the tux fitting. They went into the back and started talking about all of us and saying how it was our fault they measured the guys wrong. Which makes no sense. I told them that our rehearsal dinner was starting soon and I go in the back and they guy and women are standing there just talking about us instead of taking out the sleeves and getting the correct sizes. The guys shirts were all supposed to be ivory which was written into the order form and they were all winter white which looked whiter than white and my dress was ivory. The owner of the store is the one that said the shirts needed to be ivory otherwise my dress would appear dirty in pictures. They forget to give a ring bearer his vest and tie and I had to go back the day before the wedding to pick it up. My brothers jacket was special ordered and his jacket did not fit at all and they wanted to give him a different jacket he didn't want. His tie was the wrong color. They told a bigger guy in our party they did not have a shirt for him because he was too big even though he went in there to get measures. We were there for two and a half hours and I finally was so upset and crying that I had to leave. My dad, my brother, and my husband missed part of the rehearsal dinner because their tux were so messed up it took a long time to fix. Eventually they did get fixed but some of them still did not fit right and I could tell when I got my pictures back. I would not trust them and would never go back or refer them to anyone ever. more

After searching numerous vendors for tuxedo rentals i managed to stumble upon JP Tuxedo's. After stepping in, I was immediately impressed with their vast amount of tuxedo designs and colors they had available for rent or purchase. The owner personally assisted me with finding the perfect tuxedo to go with my prom date's dress. I would highly recommend this tuxedo rental store to any who need formal clothes. I am already looking forward the next event in which I get to rent a tuxedo from J.P. Tuxedo's. more

I walked in to the JP Tuxedo rental store and was overwhelmed by the vast amount of tuxedo styles, designs, colors, and fabric. Tuxedo colors ranged from black, white, brown, gray, and even purple/pink - essentially anything to make my tuxedo shopping experience a fantastic one. What's more, there was no shortage of vests, ties, bowties, and other accessories. The staff was welcoming, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. They were efficient in handling their clients and I was stunned with their expertise in their trade. Overall, I would highly recommend JP Tuxedo for any event - marriage, prom, functions, etc, and I am looking forward in shopping there again. more

Hi, my name is Mary Johnson and I was a bride just a month back! I was so worried and so was my groom about the dress and tuxedo! Well, although I was still stressed about the dress as J.P. Tuxedos is strictly suits and tuxedos, but I digress. J.P. Tuxedos helped me so much and my groom! My groom was so pleased and he could not wait to get to the wedding and wear that tuxedo! The manager Vic was so helpful and so was Bridgette. If you ever go into J.P. I give you advice to ask for Vic or Brigette. That last sentence is not to bash on anyone who works their but those are the two people who helped me there but I am sure if I talked to anyone I would be pleased! Overall, this place was the best thing about planning my wedding after the wedding of course! more

Tuxedo Nightmare. I got my tuxeods from JP tuxedos it was the worst idea ever. To start all of my groomsmen tuxes were wrong the fathers, and the ringbears were all wrong all of us have different style of jackets some jackets were rip buttons were falling off pants in the reception. The vest that we order they did not order for us they tried to switch it on us without telling us, the vest did not match our bridesmaids dress it was two complety diffrent colors, we had to switch to black vest becasue the color that they had was complety diffrent then ours and even the black vest were dirty with grease stains they smelled and buttons were falling off, the shoes are scuff and old with rips in them . We also got our invitations from there and the manager Vic told us it was going to be only 3 weeks to get them in. and that was not the case it took 6 weeks for the invitations to come in and when we called for our invitations we never got a hold of Vic he would tell us that he was goign to call us back and he never did . We had to send out the invitations in april and our wedding was in may. The place looks like dirt, it looks old the carpet torn walls diffrent colors that whole place is dirt from tuxedos to invitations. Yeah their prices are cheap but it makes sense they give you old tuxedos that fall apart as you wear them. i would suggest that if you are geting your tuxes from there to cancell and go with another place for a few extra bucks you would save yourselves from something like this of happeing to you, made my wedding party look like crap. more
