Very Disappointed 3/22/2010

My coworker and I received Spa Finder gift cards from our boss as a "thank you" for all of our hard work. After reviewing the website we selected J. Nicole's Salon and Day Spa to visit. We were supposed to receive Express Manicures and Spa Pedicures. The manicure was the worst I have ever gotten. My natural nail was filed on top and when my nails were painted no top coat was applied. The pedicure was nothing as described. My coworker, who was sitting right beside me, received a completely different pedicure than I did! Once again, when polish was applied, there was no top coat applied AND there are huge bubbles in the polish. While we were receiving our pedicures there was discussion between the technicians on what services we were supposed to be receiving which I felt was completely unprofessional! They should have known! When we were leaving, I had to ask the lady at the counter to adjust the service because we didn't receive the Spa Pedcure but something different entirely. I will never revist a salon that when you have services done that you have to redo them yourself after you leave! more

Sorry! No way will I go back! 3/21/2010

I was very disappointed in the services I received. My friend and I were quite excited about having an "Express Manicure" along with a pedicure. The manicure was the worst I have ever had! The technician used a sanding block on my natural nail to remove cuticle and now my nails are actually sensitive because they are so thin. The pedicure I received was pretty good due to the fact that another person performed this service. My friend's however was horrible! I can only say that we won't be going back and it's a shame I can't think of one nice thing to say. more

I have been going to J Nicole's for a few years for several reasons. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I keep going back because my hair sylist, Mandi, is terrific. I am very particular about my hair and she gets it right every time. Also, Shawna has provided facial services for me as well, and she is terrific. more

Excellent Customer Service!!! 1/22/2010

My bestfriend and I were treated like Queens at JNicole's! I treated my bestfriend Maria who works very hard for OSU and is in Grad School at Ashland University to a pedicure. We were VERY late and were serviced immediately! While drinking our Starbuck's tea we caught up on life and family! The staff was EXCELLENT and we booked our next appointment BEFORE our polish was even dry! Pros: Wonderful staff! Cons: 30 minutes from my home but worth the drive! more

Great customer service 1/22/2010

I am new to the Columbus area and have found a new home away from home at J Nicole's. The staff is extremely friendly and is always willing to go the extra mile to accomodate my schedule. I have had hair and spa services there and always had a great time! Highly recomended. Pros: Starbucks coffee! Cons: Bit of a drive for me...but still worth it. more

Best Salon in Town 1/22/2010

I went in for a massage the other day and couldn't have asked for a better experiance. The associates were gracious and you could tell they took care of each and every customer with a personal touch. A friend recommended I try J. Nicole's for a relaxing massage and she couldn't of recommended a better place. I will recommend it to everyone I know. J. Nicole's is a hidden gem and I hope everyone get's a chance to experiance the luxuries that from a J. Nicole massage. Next up is a hair appt. A+ from me and keep up the good service. more

Took the wife in for a Punkin Facial. She loves these things! The greeter was friendly. The technician was outstanding. Full attention to detail. And I chilled with some Starbucks while I waited. Thumbs Up! Pros: Customer Service, Quality Care Cons: None that I could see more

J Nicole's Best Haircut in Columbus 11/13/2009

A year and a half ago, I moved to Columbus. I have been hopping from salon to salon, trying to find some place that will give me a great haircut - I've finally stopped salon hopping. Brittney at J Nicole's gave me an absolutely beautiful haircut and highlight. I have had so many compliments since getting my hair done at J Nicole's. Awesome Spa Experience 11/10/2009

I recently went into J.Nicole's for a massage and I must say I have never felt better in my life! I had a ton of questions( as I always do) but she answered them all and made me feel very comfortable! Shelane knew excatly what to do to make my muscles relax & she even showed me stretches afterwords to help with my posture. I am so impressed and can't wait to go back! more

I have been going to J. Nicole's for a couple of years now after switching from another large salon in Columbus. I initially went there only for one service, waxing, but now go there for all of my services. The staff is extremely frinedly and helpful, the place is clean and well organized, and their prices are reasonable! Pros: Courteous, friendly, helpful staff more

My wife and I are always able to get an appointment whenever we need it. We appreciate the professionalism we're always shown. Loren does a wonderful eyebrow wax. My wife has also gotten her hair cut and colored by Britney and has had a pedicure there and was always satisfied. Pros: good waxing and hair services Cons: can't think of any more
