HORRIBLE and RUDE! 5/28/2011

First of all, they gave me a three hour time gap, so i went to my place of business, to wait for three hours, and then they never showed up. When I called, the rude receptionist told me that emerencies came up, and they "were more important than a free estimate". Unbelievable. Way to lose business! I was a potential customer too! more
