I have paid this company $10,000 for foundation repair work on 2 contracts.They have failed to honor their existing contract, and their CERTIFICATE OF GUARANTEE from the original contract. They have abandon the job, and left me with 4 big holes in the concrete under my house, and 4 big piles of dirt also. They were totally unreliable, and had more excuses than you can imagine about why they could not get the work done, even before they stopped. My house is continuing to experience settling damage all over. They hired an engineer to design a solution, but they did not even pay him. I now think that they did not even use the materials quoted on the first contract. I am now filing a small claims court suit against them. I would not recommend this company even to someone I hated. Cons: TOO MANY TO LIST more
