I've rented from these guys for a while and when I first same into the home It was very clean and whenever I had a problem or concern they responded right away. When we decided to move out we received our full deposit back and we will definitely want to have them as our Realtor in the near future. more

Outstanding Management 11/12/2009

My family and I had to move to the Leeds area quickly and needed a nice place to stay in a pleasant neighborhood. I was shown a house immediately that suited our needs. In the two years we lived there we had a roof leak and the hinge on the back door came off - repairs were immediate. When we sold our previous house they helped find the perfect property to purchase at a savings of $40,000 from previous purchase price. If we ever need another home to purchase or need someone to manage our rental property - I will not go anywhere else but Huggins Realty. Pros: Nice and clean proberty Cons: They are not perfect - but who is? more

Do not rent any properties managed by this company. They not fix maintenance issues nor do they bother with other issues. The management is a joke and any calls or letter forwarded will not be resolved. They are worst than the previous management company. PLEASE BE AWARE of J. Huggins Realty Inc.!!
