Had power washer repair....never tested the new pump....then put some spare bolt on pump to ""fix"" the problem....Need focus on customer service....I felt they thought I was bothering them on a SAT morning.....Person during the week was customer friendly but weekends needs some attention more

Have been going for repairs for about 15 years. As a woman I can be hard on riding lawn mowers. It's seem I find all the rocks or other items to hit as I mow. Troy who repairs my mowers never disappoints me on making a miracle happen. So grateful that the price is always fair and the people are very honest. Hard to find this these days. more

I have had 3 different machines repaired here in the last year. All three experiences were very good. First was a older push lawnmower that I could not get started despite cleaning out the carb bowl numerous times. They got it running for under $20 and in the time promised. They even started it in the parking lot before loading it in my truck to show that it was working. The second was my 80+ year old neighbors riding mower that gets very harsh use. They replaced the clutch for him while we waited even though it would have been a 3 day wait if we left it. The third was a failed jack-shaft bearing on my JD cutting deck. They replaced the bearing saving me from having to buy a whole new unit. It was cheap enough That I had another one done that was showing wear but had not failed. No fancy waiting room or flat screen TV's, just good service. 02/08/2011 more

If they don't fix your tractor the first time, they make you pay for their mistakes. Pros: eventually it gets fixed Cons: but you have to pay if they mess up more

They keep your tractor for two months, they mess with parts that should not be messed with, and the tractor is still not running. They do not answer phone calls or emails. Avoid at all costs. Cons: keep your tractor forever and still do not fix it and will not answer phone more

I sent my cub cadet to this shop and was very disappointed with their service. Firstly, they did not show up to pick my tractor up on the day they were supposed to come. I should have taken this as a bad sign. They ended up coming two days later. They have had my tractor for 5 weeks and I have not heard anything from them!! Not one phone call telling me what was wrong. I had to call them to see what the status was. It goes to show you that the saying ""you cant trust anything to get done unless you do it yourself"" is certainly true with these guys. Look for someone else. more
