Grundy’s is lovingly referred to as the ‘townie’ bar by the college students of St. Olaf and Carleton. If you’re a twenty something from Northfield and you’re not ok with running into people you know from the past, it should be avoided. It’s always smoky and sometimes dirty but offers the typical small town bar experience. And their burgers are amazing. more
