I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!!! I'm a designer and constantly use them. They are thorough and reliable. All my friends and clients love their products. If anything, they have saved my butt a few times and never charged me extra for helping me out. So writing this is a pleasure. They work with me in making my client happy. The first time I used them, it was because I decided to stop using another store down the street on La Brea Ave. who messed up a few too many times and were a bit egotistical and the quality was just as high. Protect yourself when ordering anything custom made here. They do not do detailed drawings of your order and are not responsible if it has gross errors as long as it roughly approximates what you think you signed up for. Read your contract and do not agree to anything that may take away your rights as a consumer. I had a terrible experience here. Cons: quality, not to be trusted more
