Dishonest 11/26/2014

The owner of J E S Towing pretended to be a Good Samaritan. He pulled me out of a ditch in an unmarked truck with identifying himself as a towing company with a charge. After getting me out of a ditch he demanded his money. When I questioned him he yelled at me and was as disrespectful as a person could be. He prays on woman. Takes advantage of people's misfortune. Stay away more
