Still waiting to get my job done after getting a quote over 2 months ago. Basically, other tree emergencies get put ahead my job. Literally have been rescheduled over 6 times. Now the crane is broken, so my job date is not even available. Speaking with too many people within the company that all say different things. Feels like calls are being ignored at this point. Hope to get this done one day. I hear they are the best, but sounds like they are lacking in communication and customer service. more

Excellent Work! We needed a few trees taken down and some others trimmed. They did a great job! They were willing to work with us to revise the estimate a few times as we considered different options. Once they came to do the work they even went above and beyond our expectations by taking out a few smaller trees and some scrub not in the original quote. \r \r The crew was courteous, friendly and professional. We enjoyed getting to know them a bit. The clean up was great. The pricing was competitive.\r \r This is the second time we've used J and D and we've been very happy with the work both times. I had two large trees in the front lawn that had overgrown the sites. J&D was extremely easy to work with, offered a very fair price, did the work promptly, and completely avoided any collateral damage to the surrounding bushes and lawn. They were professional and thoughtful through the whole process. But what really impressed me was the spotless cleanup job when it was done. Not only the trees themselves, but every scrap of sawdust and every leaf was carted away. I highly recommend these folks. more

What a great experience getting some trees removed and other trimmed up. The FREE estimate alone lasted over an hour and they were very informative. The service was scheduled quickly and they were able to squeeze it in before family arrived for the Thanksgiving Holiday. \r \r The neighbors loved the crane and the entire crew was extremely professional. \r more

I had the largest Bradford Pear Tree in Wake County. After one of many rain storms, one of the limbs finally gave way. Unfortunately, it landed directly on my neighbors car! I called J and D Tree Pros and they came out immediately to assess the damage. Within half an hour, Daniel had 4 trucks come to my home, including a crane, to remove the limb and the tree! Amazingly enough, the damage was minimal because he determined that using the crane to remove the limb, would leave the least amount of damage to the car. He was right! Within an hour the limb and the tree were removed! My neighbor was able to drive his car!\r \r They are very professional and stand by their work! I live in a great house with one draw back - the jungle in the backyard and the hugh pine trees in the front. Riding to work I saw this hugh crane and several guys at a house up the street. I asked the crew about the service. The owner was present came to my house and there it began! The next day the truck was at the house and the trees were removed a couple of hours later. I did not see the removal because I was at work. This is what greeted me later- space for a yard!!! There was no mess, no leaves, no twigs and no damage. There was a total of 10 trees removed and stumps ground. I was stunned because they had to work in a tight space around many remaining trees and a narrow driveway. I would definitely recommend them. We needed J & D Tree Pros services because we had a huge tree (100' tall) fall on the roof of our house. We called them around 5:00 and they were at our home around 7:00 which we thought was a very good response time. The next day they came with their big crane and removed the tree without damaging anything. We were very impressed. We would definitely recommend them. I called J & D Tree Pros and they quickly found time to come out and give me an estimate. I decided to use their services, and I was told I would get a call in a couple weeks to schedule the tree removal for the week after the call. It has been seven weeks since then. I have called and left a message 3 times (in 3 separate weeks) with no call backs. I just called and expressed my interest in speaking with management, was told I would be called back and have have not heard from them in 4 days. They just lost a $1100 job and a potential customer.
