I have two units installed and WARRANTIED by J&D. I have had the out 3 times for ONE unit in the past 5 months. The service people who make the house call are great and do everything they can to get the unit working; however, the office staff is TERRIBLE. Good luck trying to get them to help you get a service person out to your house. more
