I scheduled for airport shuttle service twice, both at different times and days of the week. The van never showed up both times. I ended up taking a taxi to the airport both times. Luckily I didn't prepay with my credit card, and I live in Back Bay where there are plenty of taxis. If you want to be positive that you will get to Logan on time for you flight find a better way of getting there. more

Do not use! 2/14/2006

Several days before Christmas, I made online reservations for a pickup on the morning of Dec. 25th. I received a confirmation number and my credit card was charged. The pickup was supposed to happen at 8:15am. At 8:25, 8:30, and 8:45 I tried to call the 800 number to find out where they were. EAch time, it went straight to voicemail. Luckily a friend was able to take me to the airport at the last minute. Otherwise I probably would have missed my flight. I have called the company 3 times since (in early Jan, early Feb. and mid Feb.) to get my money back. It still hasn't shown up on my credit card. I get no explanations or apologies from the customer service person about them not picking me up or for the delays in crediting my account. I am extremely disappointed and would definitely NOT recommend this company. Cons: did not show, couldn't contact, no refund more

Fell through twice running 6/21/2005

Perhaps it's just who they choose to run the service after 8-to-5 regular business hours, but they flunked out twice on my recent trip. I made reservations online and received a confirming e-mail. I phoned them from the airport when I arrived, as the e-mail instructed. They never showed up. Their site promises service every 20 minutes to all terminals; 45 minutes after I phoned them, I gave up and took a taxi. I called back to confirm my departing reservation (and tell them a thing or two) several days later, and got someone who clearly had no idea my reservation existed. He promised to call back and never did so. Their website gives no street address nor e-mail and their contact form online doesn't work. Two thumbs down. More than two. more
