Several days before Christmas, I made online reservations for a pickup on the morning of Dec. 25th. I received a confirmation number and my credit card was charged. The pickup was supposed to happen at 8:15am. At 8:25, 8:30, and 8:45 I tried to call the 800 number to find out where they were. EAch time, it went straight to voicemail. Luckily a friend was able to take me to the airport at the last minute. Otherwise I probably would have missed my flight. I have called the company 3 times since (in early Jan, early Feb. and mid Feb.) to get my money back. It still hasn't shown up on my credit card. I get no explanations or apologies from the customer service person about them not picking me up or for the delays in crediting my account. I am extremely disappointed and would definitely NOT recommend this company.
