This is the worst company I have ever had to pay my hard earned money to. I pay a condo fee of $118 per month, and they can't even return a phone call. I have had overgrown bushes...

TERRIBLE 5/2/2012

This is the worst company I have ever had to pay my hard earned money to. I pay a condo fee of $118 per month, and they can't even return a phone call. I have had overgrown bushes and trees in my front and back yard and a dead tree leaning toward my house that I have told them about a dozen times, and nothing was done. So I go out and take care of the problem myself, then they have the balls to write me a letter repromanding me for tampering with the outside of my townhouse!!! I have already sought legal council, but unfortunantely there is not much you can do. This is only one of many problems I have had with this company. Me and my neighbors would NEVER EVER recommend this place to ANYONE for management services! more

WORST COMPANY EVER 10/25/2010

This is the worst company to manage a HOA. The manager is rude and lies. They rip people off and are not very good about responding to requests. They do not have regular HOA Meetings, nor do they inform residence of elections or the budget. I can't wait to move out of my house just to get away from this horrible company. BEWARE Before you buy a home!!!!! more

Exceptional Service from Staff 8/24/2010

Living in an HOA managed by JC Property Services, I do attend all HOA meetings and have learned that this company does not make decisions for our Association. Our board of directors does; but JC Property Services is excellent in answering all of my questions regarding my HOA and the decisions made by our board of directors. I always speak with a human person who seems to go out of their way to be kind and informative and to assist with my needs. After experiencing other management companies, I find JC Property Services to be exceptional and a breath of fresh air. more
