JCPenney takes great pictures but their staff is very overworked.
Many appointments that I have had with JCPenney have resulted in a LONG wait because they are way understaffed. Most of the time they only have 1 person on staff to cover the phones, take the pictures and also pull the pictures for people coming in to pick up their pictures.
I have been very disappointed in the lack of staffing at the studio. Once you get the pictures taken they are usually good, but you have to wait a long time to get them taken and then to pick them up.
