My husband and I recently moved to the area and were worried we wouldn't find a Mexican restaurant to replace one we had to leave behind. The first night we were in our new house, we tried this place. It's a tiny little place right in downtown Bartlett across from the train station. It won't win any awards for decor, and upon being seated in the tiny dining room, we didn't have huge hopes that the meal would be anything but typical. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a wonderful meal, and have gone back several times in the last month. The salsa is very flavorful, with a bit of a bite, and chips were warm (always nice). The guacamole is so good here?every time we have it we try to figure out what the combination of herbs and spices must be that make it so amazing (get the small as the large really is LARGE). The enchiladas rancheras are so good, with a really nice creamy tomato sauce. The jumbo burrito is indeed jumbo, and so full of fresh veggies that unlike many other burritos I've had in my lifetime, it actually has tons of flavor (and a lot left over for lunch the next day). The margaritas are great too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My only negative comment is that the service, although very polite, is slow. But in my opinion, that's a small complaint?the food is really great.
Pros: Great food, Great price
Cons: Service slow
