I have done the opposite and gone straight to J&B Eurotech whenever I've had problems. Representatives from the business have actually come out to different BMW and Euro events to mingle with owners and answer tech-related questions from all who ask. The staff are friendly and personable, and they've always been very respectful. They're cheaper than dealerships and they always put the customer first.
I like to do most of my own work, and whenever I've had a problem, I've contacted Seth, the service manager, and he's always been more than willing to offer advice or tech support.
They're widely regarded with respect by the BMW community and have hosted Tech Days for enthusiasts to come in and work on their own cars in the facility with on-site tech support and advice. Free of Charge. That's dedication. I've never personally met a single person that's been unsatisfied with their service.
And as far as not using OEM parts, I can rattle off a list of parts that BMW makes that many aftermarket companies make better. The claim that they use old parts is baseless and slanderous. What kind of car was being worked on? What work was being done? Giving out a negative review without basis or more detailed info looks really bad...
Pros: Friendly service and support, great pricing
