I've been to Izakaya Kaiten four times for take-out now, and have gotten prompt service and great food each time. There's a nice selection, and while the prices are a little higher than other sushi track style places, the plates are generally worth the $. The only drawback I've experienced is ordering the sashimi plate to go. The first two times I went, there was 1 size, for $10.95, and the portions were incredible. The 3rd & 4th time, there were 2 sizes for sashimi, small ($7.95) and large ($12.95). Ordering the large both times resulted in 3rd time being satisfied with portion, but the 4th, I received less than a third of what I had received any other time. Not sure if they made me the small in error, but the variance has made me hesitant to return. Overall, this is a good neighborhood place to go.
