Good food, clean, pleasant atmosphere 1/16/2006

Noodles & Co. is not the place you'd take a date -- at least not one you want to impress -- but it's one of those places that is perfect when you don't want to spend a lot and can't decide what you want to eat. This cross between a fast-food restaurant and full-fledged restaurant offers a wide selection of noodles prepared with ethnic sauces and ingredients, with dishes ranging from mild to very hot. The vegetables are always fresh and the dishes are made to order. It's clean and pleasant and a nice place to hang out. Water, juices and beer are available too. Service is great -- you place your order at the front counter and it's brought to your table, usually within five minutes. Recommended. more

well, there's not much to say about noodles & co. it's mostly noodles, as the name implies, and the quality varies from dish to dish. it's relatively cheap, 5 bucks a plate of noodles but some might find the quantity lacking. serving time is quick, the place is neat and clean and the plates are nice and weird-shaped. other than that, not much else noteworthy. i recommend the japanese udon noodles, they're very tasty. they used to have lo mein but i guess no one liked that (except me). there are a few italian dishes that are pretty decent also, i forgot the names of which. more
