I'll be honest, I have used this dry cleaners since we moved to Wake Forest due to it's convenience to my home. The service has never been good, the staff comes and goes, and most of the time no one speaks any English. The cleaning is fine as long as you take in shirts and pants, I took in my Silk Kay Unger gown after I wore it to a wedding and they RUINED IT, They Obviously Don't Know How to Treat Silk, and then the Owner told his Staff Member to Tell Me, ""I NO PAY NOTHING FOR THIS DRESS!!"" and handed it back to me snagged, shredded and Unwearable!! Thanks a lot for Nothing Ivory Cleaners I promise to NEVER DARKEN YOUR DOOR AGAIN!!!! more
