Oh boy where to start? My lawn mower sure never did after over 75 dollars in cost and A MONTH AND A HALF. Called after 2 weeks, of hearing nothing, guy on phone was very rude. Called every week, and got more lip. At wit's end A MONTH AND A HALF LATER called, was told it was done THREE WEEKS EARLIER but they forgot to call me. Went to pick it up, DIDN'T START. They never bothered checking that before calling me to say it was done! Asked them to sharpen blade, get it to start. They balanced wheels and changed an air filter. Let me tell you the air filter assembly was never even cleaned, just plopped a new one in the dirty case. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE, INEPT, AND OVERPRICED BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW MOWER OR DOING IT YOURSELF VIA YOUTUBE. more

You can trust them, no second guesses, and they know there stuff. They are pros. It needs a remodel on the outside, but its one of those daimond in a rough places. They are friendly. more

Absolutely the worst service ever! I'm sure if you're one of the 'regulars' or know the owners personally......you're good to go. My first and last time I will take anything there to be serviced. Over promise.......under deliver. And when you call to inquire about the status of the repair all you get is a rude answer. Small business's go out of business one customer at a time. more

If for some unfortunate reason you ever find your fingers walking through the Yellow Pages in search for a repair shop that advertises ""lawn mower repairs"" and they stop at Montebello Sales and Services in Imperial, MO.....CUT THEM OFF. This is without a doubt the worst ""mom and pop shop"" that exist. The staff (I believe all family) has no need to speak with the customers because their language does not go beyond profanity and insults. They have no business ethics or customer service skills whatsoever! I turned in a riding lawn mower to have warranty repair work done and received the wrong mower back that was in worst condition than the one I urned in. The serial numbers were totally different and the one I received was found to have no brakes and flipped on me. Confronting them, I was insulted and cursed at like you would not believe, and I'm retired military. They are a scam shop and deserve to run out of town. If you are a gambling individual and feel lucky, by all means go for it, but do not forget....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! more

I have done buisness with them for years on both the lawnmower side and the automotive side, they have been fair, if anything does go wrong with what they have repaired they take care of it right away. They have rental mowers when yours is down and if you need a ride home if your car is being worked on they will do that too and come and pick you up. Pros: Close to home, lower prices the people are great and helpful Cons: can't think of any more
