Unbelievable...they made me cry on my wedding day and even suggested I go to another salon for the service I wanted. The make up artist did not listen and I went home crying. I put a deosit down 2 months ahead of time and even though they refused to accomodate my request they wold not give a refund. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! What a joke and I will report to the Better Business Bureau! more

I HATE finding a new stylist - I've had quite a few bad experiences. That said, I feel so lucky to have found Ivan. He did an amazing job with my hair. I'm one of those people who knows exactly what she wants when it comes to hairstyle. He really listened to me, made great suggestions, and did an AMAZING job. My hair looks better than it has in years. I'm a devout fan - I won't go to anyone else! more

Ivan's is wonderful! and they have a new location which is great! They have private rooms to where he will give you his full attention. You tell him what you want and he will make you look amazing! :D I love Ivan's he is VERY professional. I will always go to him. People who complain must be mistaking this salon for another. This place is amazing. We live in California and will travel to Florida every 3 months just to have our hair done there. They have the best hairdresser I've ever met (Ivan) and everybody is corteous and highly professional. The lady that complained about them obviously was a troublemaker and maybe should have had her Prozac before entering the Spa. Some people want to look like beautiful models or movie stars and sometimes it's just not possible to please them if they want to look like Jessica Simpson and in reality look like Rosie O' Donnell. Reality check is in order ladies. Ivan does miracles, but even he can't make those huge miracles. Visit a Doctor for plastic surgery if you are not happy, Ivan does HAIR! Lighten up. When i cam to this place i was pampered and i really enjoyed the "Morning Glory". I had my hair done by the master hairdresser Ivan and he did a really great job. I personally recommend this to anyone that really wants high class jobs. I aslo noticed that the staff was internationally trained. I highly recommend this place to everyone. more

I scheduled a trial and day-of hair for my wedding at this place. When I got there it looked really trashy and the people were very unprofessional. The hair stylists talked amongst themselves about inappropriate topics and didnt even speak to me. I had several pictures of the style that I wanted but they didnt even attempt to do it. They gave me some tight curls, which I said I didnt want from the beginning. When I said that I didnt like it, the owner said I would have to deal with it because he didnt have any more time to do it, then proceded to cuss me out and say that he would call the police on me if I didnt pay. I finally found a girl that knew how to do foil highlighting well. However, she ruined my shirt with bleach (yes, I was wearing a cape). She was kind enough to give me a gift certificate to reimburse me but only for pedi/brow wax. When I made a future appointment with her I show up and they told me she quit a while ago. (I had made the appointment the day before) So I ended up with Ivan, who did a good job, but I could barely afford to pay him.
