I received a Groupon for this florist in January, 2011. I read all the rave reviews so I decided to use them to send flowers to my daughter for Valentine's Day. They were supposed to deliver them on Sunday, Feb 13, but when my daughter didn't receive them, I called the florist. They told me they had it scheduled for Monday, February 14 and would deliver them that day. Well, they never delivered them and now they won't answer their phone. I wanted to give "no stars" but that is not a choice. They totally ruined my Valentine Day surprise for my daughter. Horrible! more

After a bungle of an issue on Mother's Day, Donna has kept in touch me with to ensure that this problem has been solved. I am in Atlanta, and although we had some miscommunication in the beginning, we have really been able to resolve our issue. Donna really tries to appeal to the human in you! Wow! I found their website with Google the other day and was amazed at the selection. I was able to find the perfect arrangement fir my nieces birthday with ease. The price was right too. I placed the order with no issues. I was surprised to have a designer call me back and confirm with me what I wanted and if there where any changes I wanted to make to make it more personal. I think most other places would have just taken the order, but not It's a Blooming Business. I was able to add in her favorite colors and a few balloons. I arrived at her party just a little bit after it was delivered. I have to say it was ven more beautiful in person. All the flowers were fresh and full of color. My niece just adored them. They have the most beautiful selection of both flowers and plants. If you don't see what you're looking for they will create something that you be in ahh off. They are extremely creative! I've used them more times than I can count and have never been disappointed. Since they are in the mall they can add things from any of the stores. This place is fabulous. I stumbled across "It's a Blooming Business" a little over a year ago and it was one of the best holiday accidents I've ever had! No joke, they told me about a monthly program they have where they deliver flowers in a killer arrangement with a card and a vase if you want... They were super accommodating, so I signed up immediately and they delivered awesome flowers all last year with special dates I specified for valentines, birthday and mothers day(in my case). My mom loves it and I don't have to worry about forgetting to get her flowers! It's worth it for the happiness it brings, especially around the holidays... Since I purchased my first arrangement from It's a Blooming Business, I have never bothered going to any other florist. They have rare, unique and classically beautiful flowers to choose from. The employees and designers are great! They're very friendly and very helpful. Best of all, they have gorgeous arrangements at great prices. I have enjoyed working with "It's a Blooming Business" thoroughly! So much so that I will use them from now on for all of my floral needs. Working with and discovering the gals from "It's a Blooming Business" was one of the best parts of planning my wedding. I actually did not grow up imagining what colors my wedding would be, etc. I had some vague fantasy fairytale that it would all just magically happen. As it turned out, I had very strong opinions of what I liked and what I didn't like but with no real wedding /floral vocabulary to articulate. Being the research maven that I am, I met with and talked with many florists and out of all of them, "It's a Blooming Business" reigned supreme in EVERY way. Not to mention their location is superb. The easy access outside entrance into the mall was so convenient, whenever I stopped by I had easy parking and took care of at least 3 or more errands for the wedding at the mall. I should also mention that my wedding was on the fast track, being planned in only 4 weeks!! They were prompt and professional. They were SO CREATIVE! They described to me precisely what they had in mind. They made wonderful suggestions that no one else offered (even ways for me to save money)! They had such wonderful vision, yet were open-minded enough to see mine. I weep with joy every time I think of the flowers for my wedding. They truly went over and beyond my wildest dreams. General and consistent comments regarding my wedding have been, "beautiful, elegant, magical, rich color and one of the best weddings they had been too!" Of course, this effect was due in no small part to the decor and tone set by, what else? The flowers!! When I saw the bouquet they arranged for me; it was exactly as I had imagined and more! In fact, I literally got goose bumps and to this my bridesmaids can attest. I cannot recommend "It's a Blooming Business" more highly!!!! What an amazing and original store. I own a restaurant in West Hills California and came upon this company through a friend who used them for her wedding. I have never looked back since. We just dd a Bat Mitzvah for 300 and It's a blooming business did all the decorations! Awesome! I have never had so many compliments at one event. A total succsess. They have helped me planned and organized my flower arrangements for my wedding and I never once had a doubt in my mind that they would let me down. They were very understanding of my budget and gave me great ideas and suggestions which were very helpful because I had no clue what I wanted. They definitely made the experience fun and stress free. I also felt very comfortable asking questions and I would always get an immediate response. My flowers were exactly what I pictured and more. This is the worst flower shop!! they send out old flowers and take advantage of people. If you call to conplain they are ruid and hang up on you. I would never use this florist again. I love flowers and this shop is the best! The designs are always unique and creative. The flowers are always the freshest and you can find really unique gift items here. Just give them a budget and an occasion and let them do the rest. I have been ordering from them for years and the recipients are always so happy with the flowers and they always say "they lasted so long!" In fact, they even did my wedding flowers! This is the best flower shop I've ever been to. I don't have a green thumb and I'm not really that into flowers, but this place is different. They only have the most unique arrangements and never use baby's breath - yuck!!! Mark's Garden loses this fight. At IT'S A BLOOMING BUSINESS, you can find amazing arrangements, bouquets, and beautiful orchid plants that last forever! No joke.
