Best

I just moved to Vegas and I've been to 3 other studios in town. It's Yoga has the best value by far. Least expensive and the most class days/times. I went to Sunday morning class...

Bad neighborhood 2/8/2008

I didn?t realize it until I parked my car but this studio isn?t in a very safe area although it?s near the college. I took a yoga class there at night and was very uneasy walking to and from my car because of the neighborhood. Where the studio is situated is poorly lit and kind of scary. I later found out that this is in fact a high crime area. I wouldn?t go back to this studio again because of this. Pros: unsafe neighborhood more

Waste of Time and Money 2/8/2008

WARNING: stay away from this studio unless you want to take class with some of the worst yoga teachers around. I've taken two classes here and what a waste of money and time. The instructor at the first class was totally lost about how to run a yoga class. She was basically doing her own practice and was totally inattentive to the students. The second teacher wouldn't SHUT UP the entire class, and most of the time she was talking about herself!!! Guess she never heard the saying ""leave your ego at the door."" more

A breath of fresh air! 10/18/2007

It's Yoga Las Vegas is a haven for the hussle and bussle of the Las Vegas Strip area. Taking an enviromental approach and making use of an older building, the studio is nestled on the second floor of the small strip mall on Maryland Parkway across from UNLV. With rates that are unbeatable in the city, students can afford to try or practice yoga. The studio is clean and bright and is a refreshing space in contrast to its outside location. The variety of classes offered ensures there is something for everyone, early morning Ashtanga, lunch time power yoga session, playful Dragon Vinyasa and Insturctor training lead by Maggie, makes It's Yoga Las Vegas a wonderful hub for anyone looking for a community. Make sure you check out the great workshops and events always going on and ask Carrie about her wonderful massage therapy. more

Best Studio in Town 10/11/2007

I just moved to Vegas and I've been to 3 other studios in town. It's Yoga has the best value by far. Least expensive and the most class days/times. I went to Sunday morning class. Really nice people both working and practicing. Great vibe. Highly recommended. Pros: price, number of classes, nice people Cons: I wish I'd gone there first more

Disappointed. Would Not Go Back. 6/21/2007

I'm an Ashtangi from southern California. I went to an event at UNLV and thought I'd practice at this studio because it was supposedly Ashtanga-based. Major disappointment. The class was way too easy and had no energy. I expected and wanted a strong class but the pace and the postures weren't challenging at all. I was so BORED. more

Great yoga classes 5/31/2007

What a great yoga studio. Very close to the strip hotels The studio is warm and friendly. The teachers are extremely dynamic and diverse. If your just dropping in for a class all of the blocks props and yoga mats are available free of charge. more

Great vibe, great classes, unbelievable prices, and integrity through out the whole studio!! 5/31/2007

I love this studio. They know what they do, they do it well, and the classes are exactly as they're described. I get a great workout, feel completely balanced after each class, and feel completely accepted to do as much as I can in class - regardless of the level of the other yogis attending. And, it was easy to get to from Green Valley. They even have a free library and a great massage therapist they recomend - she's amazing!!! more

Not just a great yoga studio but also a place of Connection 5/30/2007

This is one of the best studios I have ever been to. Walking into the space, I felt an immediate sense of calmness and tranquility. It is a haven in Las Vegas and once I'm there, I forget about all the craziness of this city. The teachers are incredibly knowledgable and were very helpful with modifications and adjustments. I've been going to It's Yoga for 3 months now on a regular basis and my mind, body and spirit are expanding and growing stronger all the time. They have a really fun boutique where they sell local art, music and yoga accessories as well as organic snacks and beverages. They also have a sitting area where people can gather and talk with one another finding connection in a city where one can feel so isolated. I highly recommend It's Yoga! more

I Love It's Yoga 5/25/2007

I moved to Vegas from Chicago, and I kind of just stumbled upon It's Yoga. I have been going there for about 3 months now, and I am very pleased. The entrance is very inviting with its boutique stocked with yoga goods, local artwork, and organic treats. What I love most is the library where you check out books and magazines on yoga, religion, and vegatarian cooking to further your yoga education and practice. more
