I was thorougly disappointed with this business! I'm from out of town, so I dealt with them almost entirely over the phone, which was fine until two days before my event. I requested a morning delivery EVERY time I'd spoken to them, but when I called two days before the event, they told me 2pm (NOT morning at all)! After haggling over the phone with them for almost an hour, they delivered the equipment a day early - in the afternoon. We scheduled for 2:00 and they didn't show up until almost 4. Cons: LATE delivery & pick-up, unprofessional, they don't care more
