Excellent all the way around. Home cooked food everyday. Just like moms. Very friendly too. As an added bonus all the cute waitresses started wearing skirts...
Food looks like its been in the display case for over a month. Small portions for the price. Cons: small sandwiches, expensive
The SceneThe motif of the decor consists of "hanging things." Look up at the ceiling and you'll find lanterns, chimes and mobiles swinging and swaying. The FoodThe menu is a patchwork of sandwiches, salads, pitas, bagels, entrees and breakfast creations. The Yellow Submarine offers salami, Bavarian ham, turkey, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion on a sub roll with Italian dressing. Daily soups include cream of spinach and chicken noodle. The lasagna is excellent and served with a dinner salad and cup of soup. This excellent deli is also good at the little things, like offering a side of scooped potato salad with your sandwich that will knock you off your feet. The meat is sliced paper-thin, so the sandwiches are not heavy.
