Food is mediocre and the service is terrible!! Have not returned and don't plan on ever going back. more

family member passed away and wanted italian food delivered- italy today came up, i called excited and the woman who barely spoke english(spanish accent) very difficult to understand- said NO DELIVERY!!!!!!! False advertisedment- soooooooo common in MIAMI!!! more

Have had terrible service all 3 times. I live close by so I kept giving it a chance, but enough already with slow and rude wait staff. more

*We were sat in the back like always..(My third visit)..\r *The hostess and our waitress didn't smile or engage in conversation with us..\r *Didn't tell us the specials or recommend any dishes..\r *Treated the other table with excellent service.. not ours!\r *Corrected me when I asked for a particular wine...\r * Bread was cold and soggy...\r *Spoke to my husband like he was slow because he didn't mention the sauce he wanted..such an attitude..I thought I was in France..\r *Didn't put my wine or water on my side of the table...She placed it far away and she tossed the napkin instead of placing it down..common sense!!...\r *The couple that arrived after us were given their food first..They came at least 10 minutes after us...We placed our order on time..\r * The young man assisting the waitress asked if I wanted cheese..I said a little please..He dumped a huge spoonful of parmesan cheese all over my food..Completely butchered my food..had to scape it off...\r *Waitress didn't ask us how our food was..She did with the table next to us..Actually she went up to that table several times laughing and smiling..\r *The food I wanted to take home was incomplete..I always eat less than half of my dinner.. She threw away the pasta..Didn't even offer to give me some.. \r * The music wasn't Italian..They played Salsa and French music..lol!!.. \r *Never going back!!\r *Horrible Service!!! You don't need our money.. =) more

The worst Italian food I've ever had! The mozzarella sticks were frozen boxed ones, not much of a selection on the menu, way to pricey for what u get, service was terrible!!! I went with a coupon & the waitress couldn't even figure out how to take off the discount! Will never go there again! My kids can make better food than this place!!! more

My husband and I lived in Miami Lakes for years and this was always a staple. Its clean, simple food is always yummy...we loved the Mona Lisa salad with big chunks of mozzarella, the Rigatoni Alla Nona, the grilled steaks, and the ravioli. Years ago, we were grad students on a budget, and this place was hardly a splurge- even if you order wine and dessert. The oven in the front is always turning out yummy breads and pizzas- it's a sure bet, seeing as though nothing compares to it in the area! more

If you like Italian, try this place. Do not leave before trying the desserts. They are superb. The ambiance is nice, great for a romantic date. more

Food was good but there's a waitress flirting with my husband and she gave him the phone number so they can meet, I was very upset about this situation, when I asker if she has a boyfriend she reply, yes but he's from Mexico and we don't get along and I'm ready to break up with him.... so my husband felt free to ask her more personal questions... this kind of waitress brings the reputation of the place to the floor , I ask one of the other water for her name and her name is Marisela and she is also from Mexico, days after one of my friends told me the same... that she was also flirting with her boyfriend , no doubts this woman is looking for a man ... but she should have some respect at least for costumers coming to enjoy some time with their husbands and boyfriends more

Olive Garden type food for about 15% more in price. The food isn't bad, just not worth the price. Wait staff was friendly, slightly inattentive around bill time. We had to wait five minutes at the host counter for the hostess to emerge from her deep sleep. I'd expect better based on their location and prices, but again the food isn't bad (if you like Olive Garden, I do). more

Love this place. Parking can be a pain for lunch during the week, but love the ambience every time I go. Food service can be a little slow, so don't go if the boss is watching your clock during lunch. But if not, it's worth the wait. Their pumpkin ravioli and Penne Vodka are out of this world and that Bread they serve is almost a meal in itself! When I'm in the mood for Italian food and have a little extra time for lunch, love going here. more

This place was great when they first started out. I ate there all the time. The prices were reasonable and the food was good. Unfortunately the same thing that happened to Cancin Grill happened to this place. The prices skyrocketed and the food paid it's toll. $15 bucks plus tip for an ok lunch is too much in my honest opinion. Coincidently both restaurants have the same owner. Used to be really good, now is just ok and expensive for the quality you get more

My pasta tasted like box and some other kind of pasta upset my friends stomach more

This place sucked!! I ordered chicken fettuchini alfredo with chicken! The food was undercooked and for one order $20!! The food sucks wont ever be going there again more
