Worst Italian Food 1/1/2010

I went to Italian Villa in Carrollton, expecting great food like the one in Lewisiville. The two restaurants share the same name but is owned by two different people. Let me just say that from the fried calamari which was not cooked well and unsalted to the pasta dishes and salad everthing was bad. The plates had a mountain of pasta with uncooked meat in the middle. Even the pizza was not well done. I mean that should be easy to do. To be honest, I wish I went to Papa John's instead. The owner explained that the pizza might be soggy because he uses fresh vegetables which creates the uncooked taste!!! So, in conclusion, save your money because you are gonna be deeply disappointed. more

Amazing Dishes - Don't miss out! 11/20/2009

Italian Villa serves the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten in a restaurant! You have to try their Shrimp Scampi and their Chicken Piccata. Plus, the bread they serve with the meal is so yummy! And the prices are very reasonable. Plus, the employees are courteous and fun. I love this place... more

The best traditional pizza in Carrollton 7/13/2007

I used to be a Joe's addict, and Goodfella's does interesting stuff, but Italian Villa (which does not deliver so I am willing to drive for it) is our choice for a Friday night pizza fix. And the price (don't tell them or they'll charge more) is right. more

Tiny but cozy restaurant with excellant service sometimes by the owner. The food is always very good, especially the house salad dressing and their signature pasta dishes. The price is very low for most entrees and they can be cooked to order. more

Italian Villa is a great restaurant to take your family and friends. They have a wide variety of delicious Italian dishes, from pastas and pizzas to chicken, seafood and veal dishes. The service is always top of the notch, with very attentive wait staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and the decor is Tuscan-styled. They have wonderful lunch specials - from only $5.95 for your choice of a pasta dish, salad, bread and a drink! You cannot beat that price for a big lunch meal like that! Now, you can also have a glass of wine with your meal! more
